1. Who is eligible to enroll in VoyageurRewards™?
Any Singapore-based company is eligible to enroll providing they don´t currently hold a Corporate Incentive Agreement with Air France.
2. Does Air France require a minimum amount of travel from my company in order to join VoyageurRewards™?
No, there is no obligation or minimum amount of travel required to become a VoyageurRewards™ member.
3. When will I receive my account number?
The company´s Program Administrator will receive a confirmation email including your new account number within 5 business days of your online enrollment.
4. What does the VoyageurRewards™ confirmation package include?
The confirmation package includes your new account number, a welcome letter describing the program, benefits and rewards chart.
5. Who can earn VoyageurRewards™ points for my company?
You and all of your Singapore-resident employees can earn points for your company whenever you fly with Air France.
6. How can I ensure that VoyageurRewards™ points are automatically credited to my account?
All of your employees should use your company´s unique VoyageurRewards™ account number when making reservations. The account number and Air France ticket number must appear in the reservation to ensure automatic point credit.
7. What do I do if I´m missing VoyageurRewards™ points.

You can use your online dedicated space to request for the missing points to be credited. Log on with your company's account number and password no later than 3 months after having completed the trip. Eligible flights will be retroactively credited to your account.

8. What type of ticket earns VoyageurRewards™ points?
Your company will earn points for travel on all Air France validated tickets showing an Air France flight number, including code-share flights with an Air France flight number, that are purchased and issued in Singapore on specific eligible booking classes only.
9. Which Air France routes earn VoyageurRewards™ points?
Travel between Singapore and Europe and between Singapore and rest of the world: USA, Canada, Africa etc.
10. Which booking classes earn VoyageurRewards™ points?
On long haul from Singapore to Europe or rest of the world:

Tempo Economy Class: Y, B, K, H, T, V, L, Q

L´Espace Affaires Business Class: J, C, D, I, Z

L´Espace Première First Class: P, F

11. What is the validity of a VoyageurRewards™ account?
VoyageurRewards™ accounts are valid for 2 years and active accounts are automatically renewed.
12. Do points earned with VoyageurRewards™ expire?
All points earned during a membership year are valid for 2 years.
And remember, active accounts are automatically renewed each year and new points earned will fall into the new membership cycle.
13. Do my employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Flying Blue or a SkyTeam frequent flyer program while earning VoyageurRewards™ points for my company?
Yes, each time you or an employee fly with Air France, your company earns VoyageurRewards™ points. At the same time, employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Flying Blue or any of the SkyTeam frequent flyer programs.
14. What sort of rewards can I redeem with VoyageurRewards™ ?
VoyageurRewards™ points can be used to redeem round-trip reward tickets (including taxes),upgrades and excess baggage vouchers to Air France destinations worldwide.
15. Can I check my account balance online?
Yes. You can log on to your online dedicated space to check your statement and request for crediting of missing points.
16. What is the validity of a reward?
All VoyageurRewards™ reward tickets are valid according to the terms and conditions of the booking class purchased with your points. Upgrades are valid for one year from date of issue.
17. If I redeem a reward and then don´t use all or part of it, are the points refundable?
All Rewards are not refundable.
18. Can a reward ticket be modified?
Some rewards ticket can be modified with a penalty (using points) and some rewards cannot be changed. It will depend on the booking class purchased with your points. Please refer to the page "conditions for modifying your reward".
