|A refined meal service with a hint of sunshine
Our meal service is adapted to each flight and its departure time. A hot menu and a cold snack and breakfast, identical to that served in the Affaires Business Class, are on offer throughout your flight.
After your welcome punch drink, relax and enjoy a savory aperitif as you look at the menu. You can choose between 2 hot meals, either Creole or traditional, accompanied by a bread basket service. The menu has been created by Michel Nugues, a member of the prestigious ‘Les Toques du ciel´ club. At the end of the meal, you can have a coffee, a cup of tea or an after-dinner liqueur.
Wine and champagne are also provided. These are selected by Olivier Poussier, voted International Sommelier of the Year 2000.
On flights of more than 10½ hours, there is a cold savory and sweet buffet on offer at all times if you feel a little hungry.
