Save time with e-services by checking in online with just a few clicks, or using your cell phone or a Self-Service Kiosk at the airport.

Have you rented a car from our partner Hertz*? For your return flight, you can benefit from check-in made easy: as soon as you return your Hertz rental car, you can print your boarding pass directly from a kiosk connected to www.airfrance.us.

With e-services, you also have access to a wide range of information, such as flight times. Just connect to the mobile website http://mobile.airfrance.com or send your question by SMS to 63654: you will receive a response shortly after.

A streamlined airport experience

Because your time is precious, we have:
- reserved departure and arrival halls with nearby parking for La Navette shuttle flights,
- improved signage to guide you through the airport,
- introduced the shortest check-in deadline in the network (20 minutes before flight departure),
- taken measures to ensure that flights take off and land close to airport terminals.

Are you a Flying Blue Gold or Platinum member, an Elite Plus (SkyTeam) member, or a passenger in La Première or Affaires in transit? Discover our private lounge designed to help you relax and unwind: take advantage of free newspapers and Wi-Fi / Internet access, while enjoying drinks and snacks.


Onboard: space to relax

Enjoy:
- comfortable and spacious seats (seat width: 44 cm),
- hot drinks and pastries in the morning,

Paris-Orly hall 2 is specifically dedicated to La Navette shuttle flights. Everything has been designed to help you save time:

• if you have decided to check in online and print your boarding pass at home or at work, you can go directly to the boarding lounge without having to stand in line at the check-in counter,
• you can also check in at your leisure by using one of the 44 Self-Service Kiosks available in hall 2,
• in both cases, the "baggage drop-off" counters allow you to check in your hold baggage quickly.

What's more, there are no fewer than 24 "classic" check-in counters at your disposal, regardless of your destination. There are also 2 check-in desks reserved for outsized baggage.


Lounge

Located on the mezzanine level, this 265 m² lounge offers 135 seats. It is reserved for your use if you are:

• a Flying Blue Gold or Platinum member
• an Elite Plus member of the SkyTeam programs
• a passenger La Première or Affaires in transit.

The lounge offers unparalleled comfort along with workspaces, all of which are in a Wi-Fi zone.


Boarding: space, comfort and well-being

1,900 m² of glass and light for a unique boarding lounge.

Discover our bright and luxurious boarding lounge. Bathed in natural light, with sleek marble flooring, the boarding lounge offers a full view of the runways. You can gaze up at the sky and watch the planes as they take off and land.

For your well-being, the new space is equipped with:

• comfortable leather armchairs,
• a bar,
• more than 10 screens showing the airport's TV programs (weather, mini news reports, etc.),
• a larger number of restroom facilities.

Baggage

The hold baggage sorting system and delivery process have been improved so as to ensure faster delivery of your baggage. You can therefore avoid waiting, even during peak periods and holidays.
