A creative menu compiled by eminent chefs

For Paris departures, the Servair Culinary Studio offers a menu conceived in partnership with renowned chefs, including Jacques Le Divellec, Joël Robuchon, and Guy Martin. These chefs take part in crafting the meals, choosing the ingredients, and selecting the recipes that make up the La Première menu. For departures from other international cities, you’ll find the same high level of quality and attention to detail.

Menus in step with every season

Each meal and ingredient is selected with great care given to authenticity, intense flavors, and seasonal harmony.
After a cocktail, you’ll enjoy a surprising mix of amuse-bouches, followed by soup, a carefully prepared main course, a selection of cheeses, and a basket of warm, crusty bread. Finish your meal on a sweet note with a lavish dessert created by Lenôtre (for Paris departures).

Depending on your flight and the time, Air France offers a snack prepared with the same concern for quality and elegance. Cheeses and warm bread are on the menu!

The La Première wine cellar

The entire La Première wine cellar and a selection of the day are displayed in the wine list, compiled by Olivier Poussier. Choose one of our exceptional wines to match your tastes, with the aid of each bottle’s label and a description of grape varieties and vintages.
We also offer "special vintage" champagnes, liqueurs, and a selection of 9 teas and herbal teas.
