A creative menu compiled by eminent chefs
To perfect this experience, Air France has called upon the "Studio Culinaire Servair", headed by Joël Robuchon, the chef who earned the most Michelin stars worldwide in 2009, with Guy Martin, Michelin-starred chef of the renowned Paris restaurant Le Grand Véfour, and Jacques Le Divellec, Servair consulting chef.
Together, they participate in developing meals and selecting the products and recipes that make up the La Première menu. The same high standards and attention to detail are brought to Air France international flights. Since March 1st, 2012, Joel Robuchon signs some dishes at departure from New-York, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
