You can reserve your Reward ticket up to 2 business days before your departure date.

Rewards are available on all flights operated by Air France for which electronic tickets can be issued.

How to reserve your Reward ticket

- Online markets version
Use the search engine provided in your secure, dedicated online space. You will automatically obtain the overall cost of the trip you wish to make in VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points (price includes all taxes, surcharges and service charges).

To request an Upgrade Reward, first make a one-way or round-trip reservation on an Air France-operated flights, to or from the US:

- in Tempo (Economy Class) at either the full "YOW," "YRT" or "BEEUS" rate for an upgrade to l'Espace Affaires (Business Class),
- in l'Espace Affaires (Business Class) at the full "JOW" or "JRT" rate for an upgrade to l'Espace Première (First Class).

Then go to your "Dedicated online space" and send us your request via the upgrade form. To access the upgrade form click "Request a reward," logon and click "Book a ticket upgrade". We will contact you to confirm whether the upgrade is available and how many VoyageurREWARDS^TM Points it will cost.
