To transport an oversized baggage item in the hold, you must pay an extra fee. The amount of this fee depends on the excess baggage rate for your destination. Some oversized or fragile baggage items may be accepted in the cabin, as long as prior approval is granted by Reservations Department at 1-800-237-2747. These items are placed on 1 or several additional seats. The weight per seat must not exceed 46 kg / 101 lb. You must pay the fare for these seats and their associated baggage allowances will be applied.

Please note: musical instruments should be stored in hard cases with rounded edges.
