Best Price Guarantee

If, after having paid for a ticket on the Airfrance.com/us website, you find an identical fare at a lower price on another website before midnight of the day you purchased on airfrance.com/us, Air France will offer you a voucher representing the difference between the two fares plus an additional $50.00.
The Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions as noted below.

General Terms and Conditions
- The Best Fare Guarantee applies to tickets issued under an Air France ticket number for travel exclusively on Air France operated flights with the outbound flight originating from the United States.
- The Best Fare Guarantee applies if the difference between the purchased Air France ticket and the comparison fare is greater than $10.00.
- The comparison fare must be located on the same day when the Air France ticket is purchased, and must display the same dates of travel, flights, itinerary and booking class (fare basis code must be identical).
- The comparison fare must originate from an online, retail point of sale in the United States and also be in the same currency (U.S. Dollar).
- The comparison fare must include all taxes, surcharges and service fees attached to the fare.
- The comparison fare must be one which is available to the general public.  Fares not available to the general public include but are not limited to special fares (corporate, group), package fares (sold as part of a travel package, including customized flights), fares where the carrier or itinerary details are not known until after purchase and discount/wholesaler fares.

To File a Claim
- Your claim must be filed before midnight of the day you purchased the Air France ticket.
- You must visit the Air France.com/us website to obtain the proper details on how to file your claim. (more information).
- Air France Web Support will contact you in an email.
- Air France reserves the right to deny any claims that are not complete or where information cannot be validated.
- Claims may not be made through any other channels in the Air France organization.
- If your claim is accepted, a Voucher Voyage will be issued in your name, corresponding to the price difference plus an additional $50.00.  The Voucher Voyage is subject to its own terms and conditions and is valid for one year from date of issue by which point it must be presented as full or partial payment of an Air France ticket.  Confirm remaining terms and conditions related to issuance/redemption.

Air France reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
