An Air France/KLM Seasonal Web Support Representative will
* Be responsible for giving Air France and KLM customer support for North American websites by utilizing the phone and/or e-mail
* Advise on special fares, promotions, and services with regards to the websites
* Provide ongoing feedback on the websites, their booking tools, site content, other features and report any technical problems to the appropriate channel
* Work with other departments at the FLL Sales and Service Center
* Rotating shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays (7am until 7:40pm daily)
Requirements
* Proven organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication, ability to work under pressure, strong knowledge of MS Office and the internet
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* A commercial background with strong customer focus
* Knowledge of airline reservation tools is a plus
* Must be fluent in English and 1 of the following languages: Spanish or French
* Fluency in English and 2 of the above mentioned languages is a plus!

The salary for this position is $10.00/hr.
