Booking on the site

Cybairfrance will accept reservations for departures as early as 72 hours through 10 months from today's date. Please note that Cybairfrance needs a minimum of 6 days prior to your departure date to process your order. If you wish to travel within the next 5 days, please call our Reservations Center:

You can make up to 6 bookings per day. In each booking, you can book four passengers plus a maximum of 6 infants, provided that each infant travels on an adult's lap. Infants are younger than two years old and must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
Air France informs its passengers that, for flight safety and for reasons pertaining to national security, all international airlines including Air France, are obliged by US law to provide US Customs with access to all data concerning their passengers in their reservation systems.
All personal information you provide when booking your flight, including itinerary, flight and in-flight services, will be directly accessible by US authorities.

Payment method and ticket delivery

Tickets are sent via regular U.S. mail. For some routes, e-tickets may be available (Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York's JFK airport, San Francisco, Washington DC and Paris). Please note: Electronic ticketing is only allowed when credit card holder is also a passenger in the same reservation file.
Payment options: we accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express and Carte Blanche.

If your departure date from the USA is within fifteen days, Air France will send your tickets via Fedex:

- at no additional charge for flights reserved in L'Espace Première and L'Espace Affaires.
- at a charge for flights reserved in Tempo economy class. The charge for Fedex delivery, which is billed separately to your credit card, is:
> $15 for Monday-Friday delivery
> $25 for Saturday delivery

Please note:
- Fedex will not make any delivery to PO Box addresses.
- Signature release will automatically be indicated on the Air France Fedex. If no one is present when Fedex delivers your tickets, Fedex will leave the package at your door.

Use of tickets

To be accepted for travel, all tickets (including electronic tickets) must be used in full and in the sequential order of the coupons, in accordance with Article III paragraph 3 of Air France's general conditions of carriage, except with the carrier's prior consent.

Group reservations

Terms and Conditions


1. A group consist of 10 or more passengers travelling together on the same flight. If the group falls below 10 passengers we convert the fare to the publish rate.

2. The Group Request form must be filled out completely, including the Customers Budget or Competitive information and faxed to (954) 835-1303 or via e-mail to mail.groups@airfrance.fr unless provided with another specific designated e-mail.

3. Once we receive your completed request form, our negotiators will review the flights and provide you with a quote or contract per your request

4. On occasions, the bookings may need to be serviced by Headquarters.

6. Air France requires a deposit of $100.00 per seat to be paid 14 days after a Group Agreement is sent. For Business class, the requirement is 10% of the net fare plus applicable fuel surcharge per seat.
 TOTAL CANCELLATION
- Up to 91 days prior to departure: Penalty of 120 USD for transaction fee.
- From 90 to 31 days prior to departure: Deposit non refundable.
- From 30 days prior to departure on: Penalty of 100% of the fare + 120 USD for transaction fee.
- After ticket issue: tickets are non refundable.
 PARTIAL CANCELLATION
- Up to 91 days prior to departure: No penalty.
- From 90 to 60 days prior to departure: 20% of seats booked at the origin can be cancelled without penalty. Over and above: penalty of 100 USD per cancelled seat.
- From 59 to 31 days prior to departure: Penalty of 100 USD per cancelled seat.
- From 30 days prior to departure on: Penalty of 100% of the fare per cancelled seat.
- After ticket issue: tickets are non refundable.
- Exception: Business class from D90 to D31 would be 10% net fare plus applicable fuel surcharge per seat.

I. Refund of deposit will be processed after outbound departure. Credit Memos will be processed for IATA/ARC agencies.

6. Deviations are limited to 20% of the group and are subject to confirmation of space and price. A processing fee of $75 is applicable. Any change of date will mean a re-assessment of the group fare level paid and any difference will be collected in addition to the processing fee. Routing changes are not permitted. Stopovers may be granted as part of the deviation allowance.

8. Names will be provided to Air France 45 days before departure.

9. Tickets should be emailed to group negotiator at Air France 30 days before departure.

10. Name changes are not permitted once tickets are issued.

11. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

12. There are two options for seating groups:
A. You must fax or e-mail all seats request to your group negotiator who will forward the request to the appropriate airport. Every effort will be made to accommodate seat requests but there is no guarantee that specific seat request will be honoured.
B. If the group wants to sit together, you must advise your group negotiator who will request seat neutralization from Paris between D-45 and D-60. Rows (without names) will be assigned in the last cabin of the aircraft. It is up to the customer to advise the group department of specific seat assignments for customers using these rows for submission to the airport or random seats within this block will be assigned to the group passengers by the airport.

12. Group check in is available online 30 hours before departure.

13. Special meals must be pre-ordered no later than 72hours before departure.

15. Groups and Flying Blue (mileage credit)
A. Air Franc/ KLM Flying Blue members will be awarded 25% mileage for G class of service. No other FQTV mileage accrual is possible.
B. Group mileage will not be credited to our code-share partner's frequent flyer account holders.

16. If the delay or cancellation results from a program modification, the following proposals are available:
a. Affected ticketed groups will be transported to their destination on the next available flight. Passengers may also be entitled to a refund if he chooses not to travel.
b. For confirmed groups, not yet ticketed:
i. Seats will be offered on the first available flight matching the same fare
ii. The customer may choose a new date of travel and the price will be renegotiated (subject to availability)
iii. Cancellation can be made by either party without penalty within 1 month of schedule change being advised.
