On airfrance.com/us, you can only book flights for departures from the USA and France. |

| 4. | How many trips can I book in one session? | ||
|
You can make a reservation for one trip at a time (a one-way, a round-trip or a multiple destination trip), for up to six adult passengers and six infants (child less than two years old), provided each infant travels on an adult's lap. If you want to make additional reservations you must begin a new session. You are allowed four sessions per day. |

| 5. | Why can't I book a flight departing in less than 24 hours? | ||

It is not possible to book on airfrance.com/us a flight leaving before 24 hours we need at least 1 days prior to your departure date to process your order. If you wish to travel within the next 24 hours, please call our Reservations number at (800) 237 2747. We accept online reservations for departures as early 24 hours through 10 months from today's date. |

| 9. | How will I know that my reservation is confirmed? | ||

Our system only reserves seats for you when you provide your credit card number and click on "Confirm" or "Put booking on hold" only if you have a profile. At the end of the reservation process you will see a page entitled "Your trip" and you will receive a reservation number (record locator). Please keep a record of this. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. If you don't enter a credit card number, airfrance.com/us will give flight and fare availabilities without making a reservation. |
