| 3. | Can my paper ticket be mailed to a PO Box address? | ||

Your paper ticket cannot be delivered to a PO Box address when shipped through express U.S mail. Fedex does not deliver to PO Box addresses. |

| 4. | When will I receive my paper ticket in the mail? | ||
|
Please allow 5 to 7 days for your ticket to arrive via regular U.S mail. When the departure date from the USA is 15 business days or less away, your ticket will be shipped through Fedex with a charge of $25 or free of charge for tickets purchased for L'Espace Première or L'Espace Affaires. |
