- For tickets purchased directly from Air France: Send all original, unused flight coupons and the original "passenger receipt" with your request to: Air France Refund Department PO BOX 459002 Sunrise, FL 33345-9002 - For tickets purchased through a travel agency in the US, submit back your request to the travel agency for refund. Tickets with non-restricted fares can be refunded up to 12 months from ticket issue date. |

Should your ticket be lost, stolen or mutilated we require you complete a Lost Ticket Application form in order for a refund or replacement ticket to be processed. A fee is assessed to partially offset the extensive research required for processing a lost ticket claim. These applications are available at Air France ticket offices. |
