1. How do I access my company´s Dedicated online space?

Visit www.airfrance.com/us and you´re just 3 clicks away from accessing and managing your new online account.
Click Business services > VoyageurREWARDSTM > Dedicated online space
Then you will need your 5 digit SME account number and password to logon.

2. What information can I access at my Company´s Dedicated online space?
You can:
-request or change your password
-view your monthly statement
-request reward tickets and upgrades
-update your contact information
-claim missing flights for Point credit
3. I´m having a problem logging on? What should I do?

Send an email to mail.vr.usa@airfrance.fr and we will generate a new password. You will receive it via the email address we have on file for you.
If you have logged on previously, you can regenerate your password if you remember the “challenge answer” you created when you first logged on

4. My colleagues and I traveled last week but my account hasn´t been credited. Why? What should I do?

Unlike frequent flyer programs, your VoyageurREWARDSTM account does not credit  flights in “real time.” Your VoyageurREWARDSTM account is updated at the end of each month and reflects all flight activity from the previous month as well as all activity prior to that. For example, if you flew during the middle of May 2008, those flights will not appear in your account until the end of June 2008. Check your account at the end of each month for the updated Point balance.

5. What sort of rewards does the program offer?

- You can redeem reward tickets throughout the Air France worldwide network in all classes of service. Your VoyageurREWARDSTM Points can take you from Paris to Nice in Economy Class or from Washington to Mumbai in First Class. Your loyalty is rewarded with a wide array of ticket choices.

- You can also use your Points for one-way or round-trip upgrades. Enjoy an upgrade to Business or First Class when you´re traveling between a U.S. gateway and Europe, Africa, Asia or the Middle East.

6. How do I redeem a reward?

Go to your Company’s Dedicated online space and click Request a reward.
You will have 2 options: Book an award ticket or Book a ticket upgrade.

Book an award ticket takes you to the automated VoyageurREWARDSTM booking tool. Check availability and then "click and buy" the reward of your choice, according to your available Point balance. If your travel plans are flexible, click “Anytime” for the cheapest reward in the desired class. The ticket as well as all taxes and surcharges are paid in Points and your account is debited automatically.

Book a ticket upgrade:
Fill in your request according to the following conditions. 
Upgrades are valid worldwide but must originate or terminate at a U.S. gateway, can be one-way or round-trip and are valid exclusively on Air France-operating flights.
Reserve a one-way or round-trip Tempo (Economy Class) ticket at the “BEEUS”(round-trips only) or “YOW” or “YRT” rate to upgrade to l´Espace Affaires (Business Class).
Reserve
a one-way or round-trip l´Espace Affaires (Business Class) ticket at the “JOW” or “JRT” rate to upgrade to l´Espace Première (First Class).  
As soon as we receive your request, we will call you with flight availability and the amount of Points needed for the upgrade.  

7. Once I´ve redeemed a reward, can I modify the flights and dates or change the route?

Changes are permitted before departure only and according to the fare type of your reward.
To check if your reward can be modified and for all other conditions, visit:   www.airfrance.com/us and clicking Business services > VoyageurREWARDSTM > Use your Points > Conditions for modifying Reward tickets (consult chart).

8. Can I re-deposit my Points once a reward has been issued?
No, once a reward is redeemed, Points cannot be re-deposited.
9. How long are my Points valid?
Your Points are valid for at least 2 full calendar years and up to 2 years and 11 months.
For example Points earned in January 2009 are valid for 2 years through December 2010. Points earned in June 2008 are valid through December 2010 or for 2 years and 7 months.
10. How do I change my Company´s Program Administrator and email address? Keep your account profile up-to-date and don´t miss out on any great new promotional offers.

Go to your Company´s Dedicated online space and click Update your contact information.  Keep your account profile up-to-date and don´t miss any great new  VoyageuREWARDSTM promotional offers.

11. Last month I flew to Paris twice on Air France, in the same class of service and on the same flights. I only received credit for one trip but not the other. Why?
Possibly, one ticket was issued on Air France ticket stock (tickets beginning with 057) and the other ticket was issued on the stock of another carrier. To earn VoyageurREWARDSTM point credit, you must be ticketed on Air France ticket stock (tickets beginning with 057). Whenever you have a question or problem, email VoyageurREWARDSTM at mail.vr.usa@airfrance.fr.
12. My travel agent forgot to enter my company´s trips last month. What should I do?
Get a copy of the missing ticket numbers from your travel agent and have your Program Administrator go to your Company´s Dedicated online space and click Claim your missing Points to enter the missing ticket numbers.
13. My travel agent doesn´t know how to enter my Voyageur Rewards account number into my reservation.

14. I recently flew from Salt Lake City to Paris on the new Delta flight. Will I earn VoyageurREWARDSTM points?
Air France and Delta operate flights together in codeshare. If you take a flight operated by Delta or any of our other codeshare partners, you will earn Points if the flight number begins with “AF” and if you´re ticketed on Air France ticket stock (tickets beginning with 057).
