Request a refund directly from the agency remembering to submit your original ticket(s) with your request.

Remember to attach your original issued ticket to your request (unless it is an electronic ticket) along with any supporting documents needed (hospitalization records, description of extenuating circumstances obliging you to cancel your trip, etc.).
