Airport check-in

You can check in at a Self-Service Kiosk:

• the day of your flight and up to your check-in deadline ,
• alone or with others,
• with or without baggage,
• with a reduced rate* (proof must be presented upon boarding),
• for a trip with a connecting flight.

At the airport, go to a Self-Service Kiosk to self-tag your baggage items.

• If you have not already checked in: you can check in via the kiosk, then self-tag your baggage items and print your boarding pass.
• If you checked in online and already have your boarding pass (printed at home or saved on your mobile phone): you can scan your boarding pass at the kiosk, and then self-tag your baggage items.
• If you checked in online but do not have your boarding pass: you can print it at the kiosk and self-tag your baggage.

You can proceed directly to the baggage drop-off counter by following the EXPRESS signs. An agent will then take your baggage.
Check-in is complete. You can now go to the boarding area!

EXPRESS drop-off is available in Paris-Charles de Gaulle (Terminals 2F and 2G), Paris-Orly, Bordeaux, Lyon, Mulhouse, Nantes, Nice, Pau, Toulon, and Strasbourg airports.
The service will gradually be extended to Biarritz, Brest, Montpellier, and Toulouse airports, then in most other airports in metropolitan France.

At the Self-Service Kiosk, simply introduce your Flying Blue card or debit or credit card with your first and last name (even if it was not used to pay for your ticket), or enter your e-ticket or reservation number. At certain kiosks, you can also identify yourself by scanning your passport.

Once the system has identified you:

• the Self-Service Kiosk will retrieve your electronic ticket from our database,
• you can choose or confirm your seat on the cabin map,
• the kiosk will print your boarding pass.

If you need to check in your baggage, simply take it to the "baggage drop-off" counter.

With Self-Service Kiosks, you can also:

• print a trip summary so that you carry the main information for your trip with you,
• check in for your return flight, if it departs within 24 hours of your arrival,
• change your flight time to depart earlier if your ticket is modifiable (additional fees may be paid at the Self-Service Kiosk)*,
• verify that your Flying Blue card number has been registered for your flight,
• book and purchase A la Carte services (Seat Plus, additional baggage allowance)*.

Please note: you receive a 20% reduction if you purchase your additional baggage allowance online before departure.
