To check in at a check-in counter, simply show your electronic ticket, reservation number, Flying Blue card, or
photo ID
. We´ll tag your baggage items, print your boarding pass, and take care of the rest!
Practical information: for roundtrip, same-day flights within Europe or France, you only have to check in once if traveling without baggage.
Airport check-in
At the airport, you can check in and print your boarding pass at a Self-Service Kiosk or a check-in counter. And to save time during baggage check-in, you can use the EXPRESS drop-off service available at many airports in France!
Regardless of your check-in method, please be sure to respect the Check-In Deadline, the time limit beyond which you can no longer check in for your flight nor check in your baggage. The Check-In Deadline varies from 15 to 90 minutes before departure time, depending on your departure and arrival airport.

- Are you a La Première / First passenger? You can proceed to the special check-in counters reserved for La Première / First passengers. If you are departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, proceed to Terminal 2E, across from boarding gate 2.12. You receive personalized check-in and boarding services.
- Are you traveling in the Business or Premium Economy cabins? Take advantage of dedicated check-in counters and priority boarding.
- Are you a Flying Blue member? Take advantage of our priority check-in counters located in most airports by showing your Flying Blue card!
