Air France - Sky Team
Air France keeps you constantly informed of any service interruptions due to meteorological conditions, technical issues, industrial action or political tensions.

Due to the situation in Haïti, Air France has suspended its flights to and from Port-au-Prince airport until February 14, 2010 included, the airport remaing inaccessible to commercial flights.

The airline operates 9 direct flights per week to the Dominican Republic from Paris, as well as regional flights from Pointe-a-Pitre, Fort-de-France and Cayenne.

Specific commercial measures have been set up for customers whose flights are cancelled or who wish to change their travel plans. Air France recommends them to contact their usual ticket office.

Air France provides support in Haiti, for more information, please consult the corporate website.
