Facing the seafront and the Paofai gardens — a gorgeous landscaped park in downtown Papeete — Corbeille d'Eau welcomes guests in an intimate and comfortable setting. There are only 15 seats in the restaurant's two rooms, which are fragrant with the smell of delicious house specialties. The focus is mainly on fish and shellfish.
To guarantee freshness, the menu is short but will nonetheless make your mouth water: salmon cheeks stuffed with truffle paste; fried foie gras with raspberry vinegar; roasted crayfish and shrimp salad; grilled mahi-mahi fish with vana cream (Tahitian sea urchins).
