Iggy Pop plays Bogotá

The Iguana marks a stop in Colombia, at Bogotá's Royal Center. The show must go on!

Since its inauguration in 2010, the Royal Center, located in Bogotá's Chapinero district, has seen international headliners such as LCD Soundsystem, Smashing Pumpkins, Franz Ferdinand, Joe Satriani and Manu Chao. So it's no surprise that Iggy Pop, who is doing a tour in Latin America, is making a stopover there. The pop star that fans have nicknamed the ‘Iguana' will undoubtedly give a very high-energy rock ‘n' roll demonstration on stage. Nearly 70 years old now, the co-writer and interpreter of I Wanna Be Your Dog will assuredly rouse the 4,500 spectators at the Royal Center.
