Located in the very building where the Spanish novelist, essayist, poet, and journalist Manuel Vázquez Montalbán was born, the restaurant will seduce food lovers.

A cosy place exuding joie de vivre and good humour, the Restaurant Arume ('aroma' in Galician) specialises in very creative and innovative cuisine. Galician-born chef Manuel Núñez, winner of the Tapa del Año 2014, deliciously mixes ingredients and textures, making perfect Galician and Catalonian fusion food. Delight in Galician veal carpaccio, fish tempura with lime or even a candied cod fillet in yuzu. Finish your dinner with a subtle sweet touch of a chocolate and hazelnut cookie with violet, currants, and mascarpone. You can also choose from a wide menu of signature cocktails, made by Julio Hurtado, and a very nice selection of wines. Reserve well in advance: the restaurant is fully booked every night.
