Salgado Alimentos, an Italian cult

Salgado Alimentos, an Italian cult

Do you like inventive and al dente pasta? Then Salgado Alimentos is the place for you.

Salgado Alimentos manufactures handmade pasta then sells it in his restaurant and grocery store, all in the same location. One should not take notice of the rather basic decor of this address, because one comes here for the food. You can sample 20 different pasta dishes with original sauces that you will remember for a very long time.

The homemade pasta is cooked al dente as in Italy, and sauces are all made from fresh seasonal produce. Specialities include conchiglioni with ricotta cheese and spinach, seafood linguini (prawns, mussels, clams and calamari) or penne al pesto with arugula, sundried tomatoes, black olives and almonds. There are a surprising range of mixtures and tastes that will leave you with fond memories.
