The awards for the 7th edition of this travelling festival of short films of Antilles-Guyane, is being held this year in Guadeloupe. But before that, you can attend screenings of the short films competing at the Rex cinema in Pointe-à-Pitre, and at the Arbaud, in Basse-Terre, simultaneously with Martinique and Guyana.
At the cinemas, you will discover fictions, documentaries, and eclectic animated films that have their short length and their link with Caribbean culture in common. The works projected are indeed selected to provide a multiplicity of views on the region's singular world, bathed in cultural influences and history. With high-calibre partners such as Canal+, the ‘Prix de Court' festival is also a great springboard for West Indian filmmakers and their creativity. Discover the talents of tomorrow today…
